Pastry Chef de Partie Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Head Pastry Chef to create and execute a diverse range of high-quality desserts and pastries that align with our restaurant's culinary standards.
• Prepare and present pastries and desserts with precision and attention to detail, ensuring consistency in taste, texture, and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry kitchen, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Assist in inventory management, including ordering and stock rotation, to ensure sufficient supply of pastry ingredients and supplies.
• Train and mentor junior pastry team members, providing guidance and support to foster their growth and development.

Pastry Chef de Partie Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-end restaurant or luxury hotel environment.
• Proficiency in pastry techniques and methods, with a strong foundation in Italian pastry traditions preferred.
• Creativity and passion for innovation, demonstrated through the development of new dessert concepts and recipes.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across the culinary team.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
