You will act as the link between management and the bar team, assisting with training, quality control, and creating memorable experiences through exceptional beverage service.

Key Criteria:
To succeed in this role, you will:

• Support and guide the bar team on shift, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Demonstrate strong passion for hospitality and motivate others with your energy.
• Be open to feedback from leadership and encourage open, two-way communication.
• Help foster a culture of growth and development within the team.
• Be knowledgeable about current beverage trends, with an interest in innovation.
• Have eligibility to work in the UK and availability for full-time, flexible hours.
