As a Head Waiter, you will lead the front-of-house team, ensuring every guest receives exceptional service and a memorable dining experience. You’ll coordinate closely with the kitchen, train and mentor team members, and maintain the highest standards of hospitality, presentation, and professionalism.
This is a pivotal role in maintaining the smooth operation of the restaurant and providing leadership that inspires the team to deliver excellence at every service.
Key Criteria

Previous experience as a Head Waiter, or similar role in a high-end restaurant or luxury hotel environment.

A passion for hospitality and exceptional front-of-house service standards.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and support a diverse team.

Excellent attention to detail, with a commitment to maintaining the highest levels of guest satisfaction.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in a fast-paced restaurant environment
