About the Role
As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth daily operation of the restaurant floor. You’ll lead by example, supporting the management team in maintaining exceptional service standards and ensuring every guest enjoys an unforgettable dining experience.
You will oversee and motivate the front-of-house team, coordinate between the kitchen and service, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality, presentation, and professionalism. This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow into a future management position within our expanding international group.
Key Criteria

Previous experience as a Supervisor, Head Waiter, or similar role in a high-end restaurant or luxury hotel environment.

A passion for hospitality and an exceptional understanding of fine dining service standards.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and support a diverse team.

Excellent attention to detail, with a commitment to maintaining the highest levels of guest satisfaction.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
