• Manage reservations, guest seating, and waitlists efficiently and professionally.

• Coordinate with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service flow.

• Assist guests with enquiries, special requests, and general dining needs.

Key Criteria

• Have previous experience as a Hostess, Receptionist, or in a similar front-of-house role in a high-end restaurant or luxury hotel environment.

• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and welcoming manner.

• Be highly organized, with the ability to manage reservations, guest flow, and seating efficiently.
