What you'll do

You'll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:

  • You will be responsible for developing, implementing & monitoring In-Room Dining sales, service & operational systems to provide a seamless guest experience and maximise business potential, all to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
  • You will lead and motivate the In Room Dining team to enhance performance, achieve business goals, financial budgets and service standards.
  • You will ensure that the In-Room Dining menu and environment is consistent with a 5 star establishment in order to meet & exceed guest expectations
  • You’ll also show flexibility and creativity in dealing with guests’ special requests or any challenges that may arise during the day
  • Take orders and deliver In Room Dining across and be responsible for amenities and the mini bars
  • Guarantee that the highest standard of service and product is delivered to our guests at all times by anticipating their needs with a personalized service
  • Manage and deliver effective training and development for the team, including spot checking and guidance
  • Work closely with the Events Operations Manager and run events To deputize in the absence of a manager and be responsible for opening and closing the departments
  • Ensure completion of your personal objectives and responsibilities Along with your main duties you may be asked to complete other tasks as and when necessary and reasonably required
