An exciting opening for a Reservations Agent
working from home, supported by Guest Relations Team. We are recruiting for a full
time position, you will receive a competitive salary and only working day-times-DON’T

Working week:
Position available to start from 01/03/2023
Working hours 8.30am-6pm with 1h break
working 5 days per week Sunday -Thursday, Friday and Saturday -OFF
working 4 days from hone , require 1 day per week to come to central London and meet up with the team .

them. They’re looking for a strong and experienced Reservations Agent. The
ideal candidate must come from a quality restaurant & bar background and be
customer focused, sales driven, organised and highly professional.
The successful Reservations Agent will display:
High level of professionalism and reliability
Excellent knowledge of OpenTable & Collins
reservations systems & other partners
Ability to work remotely with other members of
the Guest Relations Team
Excellent sales & communication skills to
engage and charm clients to convert reservations enquiries
Excellent English language skills
Ability to interact and engage with senior team
such as Group Guest Relations Manager, Marketing Director, Operations Manager,
Finance Manager, site Restaurant Managers and the CEO on a daily basis
Typical duties of the Reservations Agent may
include but not be limited to:
Manage the implementation and daily operations
of a central reservations system, all on a multi-site basis
Establish and maintain complete knowledge of the
company’s standard operating procedures in regards to all types of reservations
Deliver excellent customer service and handle
all guests enquiries on reservations, food, beverage and service
Complete various reports for the
senior team
