ASSISTANT MANAGER

 

Famed for being the first to bring interactive ordering systems to the tables of diners, with customisable tech table-cloths and other engaging interactive content, Inamo’s aim is to immerse guests in a beautifully designed world of captivating technology and interactivity whilst serving high quality pan-Asian cuisine. YES guests play here while they eat-and then repeat! 2022 is going to be a great year for us with 4 new sites, and us updating our Guest Table Technology.

What we offer:

·        Fantastic competitive annual salary £28000+ Tronc - OTE £38,000 per annum.

·        48 Hours weekly contract.

·        You need previous experience working in a restaurant, a great attitude + a willingness to learn, we'll teach you the rest! Dedicated 2 weeks training. You are here for- us and we are here for -You. We are so committed to supporting our new team we even have our own Support Manager who will meet with you weekly to ensure everything is great for the first 4 weeks

·        Every 2 weeks’ pay and access to interactive Pay dashboard platform

·        28 days of holiday a year

·        Christmas day and Boxing day off

·        You'll be working as part of a brilliant team! you’ll have a hunger to learn new skills; we'll give you loads of support during your induction, then you'll offer support to others once you're confident in your role

·        In the spirit of change (kaizen), you're always looking to improve + help us be better than the day before

·        You are the first face our guests will see once they walking thru the door -SMILE it’s a must for this role.

·        Assistant Manager required to be polite+ caring and charming!
