WHAT YOU’LL BE GETTING UP TO

Deliver structured inductions to new members of your team with reviews and sign offs.

You support your team consistently by coaching on shift and train your team monthly to ensure they are the best they can be, always look to drive the highest standards in service.

You work at pace with energy, always looking for the next task that can be completed and delegating to others.

You proactively drive positive feedback in your venue, leading by example and setting feedback targets for your team.

You handle guest complaints with a positive & professional attitude to minimise the negative effect on your venue and proactively communicating this with your management team. It is your responsibility to follow your management teams expectations with comps & voids.  

You ensure our people and venue are safe by understanding what it means to be compliant, upholding these standards and utilising the systems provided to do so. 

You will deliver inspiring, informative and well-structured shift briefs to your team with daily sales targets.

 You run your shifts independently and have total accountability for the sales targets and guest experience.

You will positively represent yourself, your team and Incipio, day by day through your actions, tasks and responsibilities.
