We are looking for a creative and inspiring social media assistant to create content, boost engagement and ultimately drive more traffic to our pages.

Responsibilities:

·       Capturing and creating digital content in line with client brand guidelines and Social Media strategies

·       Creating and implementing Social Media strategies for new and current venues

·       Carry out competitor analysis to improve our marketing strategies

·       Writing content for posts to attract relevant customers and driving call to actions

·       Scheduling Social Media posts using tools provided

·       Handle community management including answering all messages on our social pages, replying to comments & engaging with guest content

·       Researching and staying relevant on current social trends to maximise client engagement across Social Media platforms old, new and        emerging

·       Creating monthly analysis reports on Social Media performance for each venue and feedback to line manager 

·       Adapt Social Media strategies constantly to achieve better performance.

·       Create and implement marketing plans for our own social media channels and multiple umbrella brands.

·       Work with our web teams to review and improve client websites, by updating images and content 

·       Assist with newsletters ensuring all content and copy is up to date, engaging and relevant to what is going out on our social media pages

Who you'll be:

·       At least 1 year of experience in social media management and content creation

·       An understanding of social media and Email marketing 

·       High level of passion for the Hospitality industry 

·       Good communicator with ability to engage the business at all levels 

·       Forward thinking with strong planning, process skills & organisational 

·       Brand literate with a strong affinity for the customer and their motivations 

·       Analytical ability to identify key issues and opportunities using data supplied by finance and insights 

·       Great Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel 

·       Team player - able to work well with and external teams
