As our IT & Systems Manager, you will be a visionary and strategic leader who ensures our IT, and systems drive Incipio’s growth. You bring expertise, enthusiasm, and a passion for innovative solutions, empowering our site teams with robust systems and seamless connectivity every day.
What you’ll be getting up to:
Manage Incipio’s IT systems, with a primary focus on our IT partners, while also addressing other IT
needs as required. Systems including but not limited to:
Point of Sale
IT Network Provider
BI & Reporting Tools
Payment services
Bookings systems
Guest data
Compliance
Stock & Purchasing
To ensure robust processes are in place to minimise system errors and ensure queries are resolved in a timely manner.
To manage and oversee new system roll outs, both for new venue openings & continuous support of our core estate.
To help implement a set of processes and guides to ensure site teams are self-sufficient as far as
possible.
To ensure on-site tech is operating to enhance the guest journey whilst maximising revenue.
Ensure all Incipio hardware is fit for purpose, including laptops, desktops and in site equipment.
Liaise with the external IT company to ensure regular IT reviews are conducted and outdated technology is replaced in a timely manner.
Ensure all system hardware is actively tracked and maintain a log of active hardware.
Manage relationships with all third-party system and IT providers.
Ensure connectivity is robust across all Incipio sites, working with IT provider to maintain internet and ensure business continuity is in place.
Work closely with the finance team to ensure all income is recorded correctly and reconciles with
finance systems.
Where appropriate, to aid in stock management across the group using a range of systems to investigate any variances and put plans in place to mitigate any losses.
To identify and investigate wider industry advances in systems to ensure Incipio has the most efficient systems in place for our operation.
IT network with Incipio’s chosen provider.
This is a venue focused role and not confined to the typical office hours. A portion of this role will be focused on out of hours support as the business requires.
