About us:
At Isabel Mayfair we currently are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef De Rang (Waiter/Waitress) to join our FOH team and deliver exceptional experience to our guests. You will ensure every guest receives an attentive, seamless and elegant dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, ensuring their dining experience exceeds expectations.
- Manage a designated section of the restaurant, including table settings, guest interactions, and service flow.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of food and beverage
- Maintain knowledge of the menu, including food and wine pairings, to make informed recommendations to guests.
- Uphold Isabel Mayfair standards of service excellence and professionalism at all times.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization in your section and assist with overall restaurant upkeep.
- Safety regulations, ensuring food safety and cleanliness in all aspects of service.
- Train and mentor junior staff, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.

About You:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a high-end or luxury restaurant is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- WSET Level 2 or higher preferred.
- A passion for food, hospitality and wine, with a desire to provide outstanding service.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
