Isabel Mayfair is a high-end restaurant and bar with an incredible basement club space called the Dragon Room. We opened in 2017 and have gone from strength to strength and the reason is because of our people.   

As a barback you'll be the backbone of the bar operation, supporting the bartenders and ensuring the bar is fully stocked, clean, and ready. This is a fast-paced role where resilience and attention to detail are key.
