Isabel Mayfair: We are looking for an energetic and ambitious Barback to join our bar team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about hospitality and eager to learn, with a passion to develop into a Bartender and future bar leadership positions.
The Location: 26 Albemarle St, London W1S 4HY

As a Barback, you will be the backbone of the bar operation—supporting the bartenders, maintaining a smooth workflow, and ensuring the bar is fully stocked, clean, and service-ready. This position is hands-on, fast-paced, and ideal for someone who thrives in a lively, service‑focused environment.
What You’ll Do- Support bartenders during service by restocking, preparing garnishes, setting up stations, and organising the bar area
- Assist with deliveries
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and hygiene throughout the bar
- Refill ice, glassware, spirits, and mixers
- Assist with basic prep tasks (juices, syrups, garnishes, etc.)
- Help with opening and closing duties
- Deliver excellent customer service when required
- A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work efficiently in a high‑volume environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Good attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards
- Enthusiasm and a desire to grow
