We are looking for an experienced and passionate Cocktail Waiter / Waitress to join our Front of House team at Isabel Mayfair.

As a Cocktail Waiter / Waitress, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding beverage experience, confidently serving cocktails, wines and spirits while ensuring every guest receives attentive, knowledgeable and personalised service.

• Deliver exceptional service throughout the guest experience with a strong focus on beverage service
• Develop and maintain excellent knowledge of our cocktail menu, wines, spirits and other beverages
• Accurately take and serve drink orders in a timely and professional manner
• Confidently recommend cocktails, wines and premium beverages based on guests' preferences
• Work closely with the bar team to ensure drinks are prepared and served efficiently
• Maintain excellent communication between the bar, kitchen and Front of House teams
• Ensure tables and service stations are maintained to the highest standards
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and professionally
• Follow company procedures, service standards and health and safety requirements
• Contribute to a positive, professional and supportive team environment

• Previous experience as a Cocktail Waiter / Waitress or Waiter / Waitress with strong beverage knowledge in a premium, luxury or fast-paced restaurant or bar
• Excellent knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines and premium beverages
• A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A professional, confident and positive attitude
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm and organised in a busy environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays
