Cloakroom Attendant

We are looking for an experienced Cloakroom Attendant for Isabel Mayfair.

Isabel Mayfair is a high-end restaurant and bar with an incredible basement club space called the Dragon Room. We opened in 2017 and have gone from strength to strength, and the reason is our people.

As a Cloakroom Attendant, you will be one of the first points of contact for our guests, providing a warm, friendly and efficient welcome. You will safely manage guests’ belongings, assist the reception team and help create a memorable experience from arrival through to departure. This is a busy, guest-facing role where organisation, confidence and excellent attention to detail are essential.

• Is organised and can manage guests’ belongings carefully and efficiently
• Communicates clearly with guests, reception, managers and security
• Can stay calm and handle several tasks in a busy environment
• Is observant, reliable and takes personal responsibility
• Is immaculately presented and works positively as part of a team
• Is flexible and willing to support the reception team when required
