MAYA Manchester is a glamorous, three-storey fusion of modern-European brasserie, central cocktail bar, and subterranean lounge, housed within a striking art-deco–industrial warehouse at the corner of Chorlton Street and Canal Street. Our venue transitions seamlessly from daylight dining to DJ-fueled nightlife, offering an immersive “dinner plus” experience in Manchester’s Village

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our restaurant operations. You'll oversee day-to-night services, manage our vibrant food and beverage experience, and deliver flawless service that captivate our guests and amplify revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all restaurant operations across multiple floors, ensuring impeccable service, efficiency, and ambience.
  • Lead and inspire a strong frontline team, including all FOH staff.
  • Manage supplier relationships, inventory, and quality control for food, beverages.
  • Maintain contracts, floor plans, and compliance with licensing and safety standards.
  • Analyse food, beverage, and event performance metrics, and act on insights to maximise growth.
  • Deliver outstanding guest experiences, proactively responding to feedback and resolving issues.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 2 years in a Restaurant Manager role within high-end hospitality or nightlife environments.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proven track record in managing events and high-volume service in upscale settings.
  • Deep understanding of restaurant operations, menus, and beverage service.
  • Creative flair and flexibility to thrive in a stylish, fast-paced venue with late-night operations.
  • Availability during evenings, weekends, and holiday periods.
