The Role: Chef de Partie

Restaurant: Nathalie Mayfair

The Location:  7 Hanover Square, London W1S 1HQ

The Salary: Competitive

As a Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in our kitchen, preparing and presenting high-quality dishes within your designated section. You will work closely with the Senior Sous Chef and Head Chef, contributing to menu development and maintaining the highest standards of food quality and hygiene.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and quality standards
  • Assist in menu creation and recipe development
  • Manage junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and training
  • Ensure all mise-en-place is prepared on time
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in your section
  • Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages to senior chefs
  • Uphold food safety and hygiene regulations

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a fast-paced kitchen
  • Passion for modern-European cuisine and high-quality food
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure
  • Positive attitude and a commitment to teamwork and staff development
