The Location:  7 Hanover Square, London W1S 1HQ

The Salary: Competitive

Located in the heart of central London, with vibrant sites in Mayfair and Marylebone Village, Nathalie is an independent café and deli offering fresh, balanced, and delicious food on the go. Everything on our menu is made daily by our talented in-house chefs, using the finest seasonal ingredients sourced from local suppliers. The Role:

As a Supervisor, you will be at the heart of daily operations, leading by example to maintain high standards of service and presentation. You’ll play an active role in training and motivating staff, fostering a positive work ethic, and ensuring our guests consistently enjoy exceptional experiences.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and maintain cleanliness and presentation standards.
  • Foster a positive, motivated team environment by encouraging strong work ethics and integrity.
  • Delegate tasks effectively and support staff training and development.
  • Manage guest interactions and complaints professionally and tactfully.
  • Ensure company uniform and grooming standards are upheld by all staff.
  • Collaborate with the management team to recruit, train, and retain top talent.
  • Monitor quality control, hygiene, and health & safety procedures.
  • Perform opening and closing duties as needed.
  • Assist across different areas of the business to ensure smooth operations.
