The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, personable, and intuitive Café Bar Team member to join our Notting Hill team.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-standard, wellness-led environment and enjoys delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will serve a loyal and health-conscious guest base, building genuine relationships while maintaining speed, precision, and consistency during busy service periods.

You will play a key role in crafting exceptional coffee, delivering high-quality food service, and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere, ensuring every guest leaves feeling energised and cared for.

Key Responsibilities

·       Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages to an exceptional standard.

·       Deliver warm, intuitive, and personalised customer service.

·       Prepare and serve fresh deli food in line with Nathalie’s quality and presentation standards.

·       Maintain excellent cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times.

·       Ensure all displays are fully stocked, clean, and visually appealing.

·       Work efficiently and calmly during high-volume service periods, particularly mornings and lunchtime.

·       Build strong rapport with regular guests and contribute to a welcoming, professional team environment.

·       Follow all company policies, health, safety, and operational procedures.

What We’re Looking For

·       Previous experience in hospitality, cafés, restaurants, or premium customer service environments.

·       Strong barista skills and a genuine passion for high-quality coffee.

·       A natural interest in health, wellness, fitness, and lifestyle brands.

·       Outstanding customer service instincts, Strong people skills, and attention to detail.

·       Confident, articulate, warm and engaging.
