We’re looking for a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at Nathalie Mayfair & Nathalie Notting Hill.

Nathalie is an independent café and deli with sites in Mayfair and Notting Hill offering fresh, balanced, and beautifully crafted food and drinks for people on the go. Everything on our menu is prepared daily by our talented in-house chefs, using the finest seasonal ingredients sourced from trusted local suppliers.

We are passionate about health, wellbeing & creating experiences that nourish both the body and the mind, without compromising on flavour.

At Nathalie, we believe great food and exceptional coffee are essential to a balanced lifestyle, and we are proud to deliver this every day through genuine, intuitive hospitality.

  Why Join Nathalie?

  • £15 per hour
  • 28 days paid holiday
  • Generous staff discounts across food and drink
  • Complimentary staff meals during shifts
  • Wagestream – access your earned wages instantly
  • Refer-a-Friend bonus scheme
  • Monthly recognition programmes and incentives
  • Ongoing training and professional development
  • Long-service rewards and career progression opportunities

As a CDP you'll take ownership of your section, ensuring that all our dishes are prepped to the highest standards & support your team in delivering exceptional food. You’ll work closely with the Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef, contributing to the daily running of the kitchen and helping to maintain a professional, clean, and sustainable working environment. And you will be expected to work at both Mayfair and Notting Hill locatoins depending on the needs of each business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Section Management: Take responsibility for your designated section, ensuring all food preparation and service is carried out to a consistently high standard.
  • Food Quality & Consistency: Prepare and cook dishes according to our recipes and presentation guidelines, ensuring quality and flavour in every dish.
  • Team Collaboration: Support the wider kitchen team and assist other sections when needed to maintain smooth kitchen operations.
  • Mise en Place: Organise and complete prep work ahead of service, keeping your station clean, stocked, and efficient throughout the day.
  • Kitchen Hygiene: Uphold strict hygiene and food safety standards in line with health and safety regulations.
  • Stock & Waste Management: Monitor stock levels, help reduce waste, and follow sustainable food preparation practices in line with our environmental commitments.
  • Training & Development: Mentor junior team members, share knowledge, and actively contribute to a positive kitchen culture.

About You:

  • Experience: Proven experience in a professional kitchen.
  • Culinary Skills: Strong cooking skills with a keen eye for detail and presentation.
  • Work Ethic: Organised, efficient, and calm under pressure.
  • Team Player: Great communication skills and a collaborative approach.
  • Passion for Food: Enthusiastic about fresh, seasonal ingredients and committed to delivering exceptional dishes.
  • Sustainability Mindset: Awareness of sustainable kitchen practices and food waste reduction.

If you're a dedicated and ambitious chef de partie looking to grow your career in a dynamic and creative kitchen environment, we’d love to hear from you!
