Chef de Partie

Nathalie is looking for a committed Senior Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at both our Mayfair and Notting Hill locations.

We are an independent café and deli offering fresh, balanced, and delicious food on the go. Everything on our menu is made daily by our talented in-house chefs, using the finest seasonal ingredients sourced from local suppliers.

As a Senior Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in our kitchen, preparing and presenting high-quality dishes within your designated section. You will work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef, contributing to menu development and maintaining the highest standards of food quality and hygiene including stock control.

• Proven experience as a Senior Chef de Partie in a fast-paced kitchen.
• A passion for modern-European cuisine and high-quality food.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to teamwork and staff development.
