Prep Chef

Nathalie is looking for a committed Prep Chef to join our kitchen team at both our Mayfair and Notting Hill locations.

We are an independent café and deli offering fresh, balanced, and delicious food on the go. Everything on our menu is made daily by our talented in-house chefs, using the finest seasonal ingredients sourced from local suppliers.

As a Prep Chef,  you will play a crucial role in our kitchen team, ensuring that all ingredients are prepped to the highest standards for service. Your precision and efficiency will directly contribute to the smooth operation of the kitchen, supporting chefs in delivering exceptional food. You will work closely with the kitchen management team to maintain a well-organised, clean, and sustainable kitchen environment.

• Proven experience as a Prep Chef in a fast-paced kitchen.
• A passion for modern-European cuisine and high-quality food.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to teamwork and staff development.
