As a Floor Manager you play a vital role in enabling the smooth running of the bar, supporting the management to ensure that customers and colleagues have the best experience possible.

A Floor Manager  should be proactive​ and passionate​ about their work.

Please note this role will involve some late night/early morning finishes

• Do The right thing, treat everyone you encounter equally and with honesty, openness, integrity and decency

• Be positive and have an approachable manner
