As an Assistant General Manager you play a vital role in enabling the smooth running of your venue, supporting the management to ensure that customers and colleagues have the best experience possible.

An Assistant General Manager  should be proactive​ and passionate​ about their work.

Please note this role does involve some late night/early morning shifts.

● Excellent leadership skills and project management skills. ● Data driven, supports all decisions with data with a high attention to detail.              ● Exceptional organisation, planning and administration skills. ● You are a confident communicator and thrive in a team environment.  ●You know how to handle difficult situations and character types to get the very best out of everyone. ● You show initiative, find new ways to help the broader business reach its goals using previous experience.    ● Able to manage a varied workload, balancing scheduled tasks with requests for assistance from the team, which may have short deadlines.  ● Positive and approachable manner.

Your Responsibilities:

● Ensure that all guests have a great Lucky Voice experience by being upbeat, friendly, fun, professional and super-efficient ● Have a thorough and total understanding of all aspects of the Lucky Voice product  ● Financial responsibility for BOH paperwork and weekly reporting. ● Protect the licence to trade by following company guidance ● Protect the safety of all venue staff and customers by adhering to our Health and safety policy ● Complete all projects/departments you are assigned weekly by your General Manager ● Protect & maintain the fabric of the building through weekly assessment & communicate any issues that arise, so they can be addressed as soon as possible in order to not impact on the guest experience  ● Introduce new ideas and innovation in order to maintain our leading edge in the karaoke experience market
