We are seeking an Assistant IT Manager to join our team at the Bulgari Hotel London. As the Assistant IT Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the hotel's information technology systems.

Working closely with the Director of IT, you will ensure that all hardware, software, and network systems are maintained and updated to ensure optimal performance. Additionally, you will provide support to all hotel departments and guests with any IT-related issues.

What we are looking for

To be successful in this role, a degree in Computer Science or a related field will be desirable, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in IT management. You must have a deep understanding of information technology, hardware and software systems, and network infrastructure. Additionally, you should be familiar with IT security practices and protocols.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with team members and senior management. You should be highly organized, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
