Could you be what we’re looking for?

We’re on the lookout for someone who has experience not only in facilities management including pro-active & pre-planned maintenance including compliance internally & externally. You will also need to have experience in on boarding a new ticketing system and has experience across multiple channels. You’ll work closely with the maintenance team & venues and support them in all facility duties assisting in the smooth running of the existing estate ensuring our guests have an enjoyable & amazing visit to the venues.

This is an exciting role which will involve primarily working from home with occasional travel. 

The Role

  • Assist in the onboarding of the “new ticketing system”.
  • Managing the daily existing ticketing system within timeframes & budgets.
  • Managing the pro-active & pre-planned maintenance including compliance internally/externally.
  • Maintaining schedules of activity and diarise.
  • Proactively engage in facility duties in demonstrating a hands-on approach to problem solving.
  • Collaborating with team members assisting in the smooth running of the venues.
  • Assist in the organising and maintaining of the filing system (via Teams).
  • Attending meetings (mainly via Teams) to support in the flow of facility information.
  • Be responsible for tendering of quotations of new equipment for existing venues.
  • Managing the purchase order procedure (PO) and payments to key suppliers.
  • Organise orders and deliveries within key timelines.
  • Ability to issue weekly summary reports.
  • Update relevant communication platforms.

Key

  • Competent in existing facility ticketing systems.
  • Competent in word, excel & power point.
  • A good understanding of report editing and filing.  
  • Be super organised and task driven.
  • Have a knowledge of Monday.com/Teams.
  • Competent in Outlook e-mails.
  • Ability to schedule and diarise.
  • Awesome communicator.
