Team Member

We’re looking for friendly, energetic and hardworking Team Members to join the It’s Bagels team.

You’ll be at the heart of the business, helping us serve brilliant bagels, great coffee and an amazing experience to every guest. No two shifts are exactly the same, and you’ll play an important part in keeping the shop running smoothly.

Whether you’re serving guests, making bagels, preparing food or making coffee, we want people who take pride in what they do and enjoy working as part of a team.

• Providing friendly, welcoming service to every guest

• Taking orders and handling payments accurately

• Preparing and building our bagels to the correct standards

• Working across different stations including hot, cold, till and barista

• Preparing drinks and coffee to our standards

• Keeping your station clean, organised and fully stocked

• Following food safety, health & safety and hygiene procedures

• Helping with deliveries, stock and putting products away

• Keeping an eye on product quality and reporting any issues

• Supporting with opening and closing duties

• Helping to keep the shop clean and looking great throughout the day

• Working quickly and efficiently during busy periods

• Supporting your teammates and jumping in wherever you’re needed

• Helping to minimise waste and use products responsibly

• Creating a great atmosphere for both guests and your teammates

You don’t need years of hospitality experience — we’re looking for the right attitude.

You’ll be someone who:

• Is friendly, approachable and naturally enjoys talking to people

• Has a positive attitude and brings energy to the team

• Works well as part of a team

• Is reliable and turns up ready to work

• Takes pride in their appearance and the work they do

• Has great attention to detail

• Can stay calm and focused when things get busy

• Is comfortable working at pace in a busy environment

Previous hospitality, café, restaurant or retail experience is a bonus, but not essential. Full training will be provided.
