  • Proven leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant.
  • Expertise in British cuisine and a passion for innovation.
  • Strong organizational and team management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of food safety practices.
  • Previous experience in restaurant management is a plus.

Experience:

  • Kitchen management: 3 years (required)

License/Certification:

  • Food Hygiene Certificate (required)

Work authorization:
