We are seeking an experienced and motivated General Manager to lead the opening and operations of our new Jack in the Box location in Perry, Georgia. This position is ideal for a strong leader who understands restaurant operations, team development, profitability, and delivering an excellent guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate must be hands-on, organized, detail-oriented, and capable of building a strong culture while driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations
  • Hire, train, develop, and lead team members and managers
  • Manage labor costs, food costs, inventory, and profitability
  • Maintain excellent customer service and operational standards
  • Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and brand standards are consistently met
  • Conduct inventory management and ordering
  • Analyze restaurant performance and implement action plans
  • Drive sales growth and team accountability
  • Lead a successful grand opening and continued operational growth
Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of restaurant management experience required
  • Minimum 2 years of General Manager experience in QSR or high-volume restaurant environment preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • ServSafe Certification required
Strong understanding of:
  • Food cost management
  • Labor cost management
  • COGS (Cost of Goods Sold)
  • P&L statements
  • Inventory management and controls
  • Scheduling and staffing efficiencies
  • Must be able to travel for training and company needs
  • Must have open availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and lead in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with a strong ownership mentality
