Join Jack’s team as a Team Member! You’ll play a key role in delivering quality food, friendly service, and a clean, welcoming restaurant while helping create a true “Jack family” atmosphere.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet guests with a smile and deliver outstanding customer service

• Take orders, operate the cash register, and ensure order accuracy

• Prepare and handle food safely following company standards

• Maintain cleanliness of dining room, kitchen, restrooms, and exterior areas

• Perform multiple tasks as needed to support restaurant operations

What We’re Looking For:

• Positive, guest-first attitude with strong teamwork skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Willingness to learn and follow company policies and procedures

• Flexible availability

• Must be at least 16 years of age*

• Ability to stand and walk approximately 85%–95% of the shift

• Ability to lift and carry approximately 10–25 lbs (may vary by role)
