JINYA Ramen Bar is seeking an General Manager and an Assistant Manager for our Studio City location! Under the direction of the Area Manager, this individual will need to assist in the administrative responsibilities of managing a busy fast-casual restaurant (ordering, scheduling, payroll, inventory, staff training, operation, etc.) and consistently be a positive leader in the organization.
The perfect candidate will have:
•Open schedule availability and the ability to work 40+ hours per week
•Financially grow the restaurant
•Create a fun and positive workplace
•Possess an uncompromising passion for service and a dynamic, fun personality
•Learn and master every job in the restaurant
