As a Crew Member, you’ll help create a great experience for every guest while working alongside your team.

• Welcome and serve guests with a positive attitude

• Prepare fresh, quality subs to Jersey Mike’s standards

• Make every sub correctly, including Mike’s Way

• Take orders and provide great customer service

• Keep the restaurant clean, stocked, and organized

• Follow food safety and sanitation standards

• Work together during busy periods

• Learn different areas of the restaurant and help where needed

• Follow company policies, procedures, Core Values, and operating standards

• Take pride in your work and help create a great guest experience

• 16 years or older to apply; 18 years or older to operate the mechanical slicer

• Dependable and reliable

• Friendly and positive attitude

• Good communication skills

• Strong customer service mindset

• Willing to learn and be coached

• Able to work well with a team

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Takes pride in doing things the right way
