PAY & BENEFITS

• Total Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour (Base Pay + Tips)

  • Base Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour based on position and experience.

  • Guaranteed Tips: Additional $2.00 per hour added to every hour worked!

• Flexible scheduling (Full-time and part-time positions available)

NOW HIRING FOR ALL SHIFTS

• Crew Members: Deliver outstanding customer service, prepare fresh ingredients, and create an exceptional guest experience.

• Sub Makers & Grill Team: Learn the Jersey Mike's craft by preparing hot and cold subs with speed, quality, and attention to detail.

• Store Openers: Start as early as 7:00 AM preparing fresh bread, slicing produce, and setting up for a successful day.

• Closers: Maintain a clean and organized restaurant while helping the team finish strong. Most shifts end by 10:00 PM.

• Shift Leaders: Lead shifts, support team members, deliver great customer experiences, and develop management skills.

• Future Managers: For experienced leaders looking to grow with a rapidly expanding company.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Positive and energetic attitude with a friendly, outgoing personality.

• Dependable, punctual, and possesses a strong work ethic.

• A team-first mindset and a genuine passion for serving customers.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be at least 16 years old.

• Must be at least 18 years old to operate slicing equipment.

• Weekend availability preferred.

• Leadership experience preferred for Shift Leader and Management positions.
