Jersey Mike’s Subs is looking for an experienced, energetic General Manager to lead our restaurant team and help deliver an outstanding experience for every customer.

As General Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the store, developing your team, maintaining high standards, and driving sales and profitability. We’re looking for a hands-on leader who takes pride in great food, great service, and a great workplace.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing restaurant team
• Oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional customer service
• Maintain Jersey Mike’s standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety
• Manage scheduling, staffing, training, and performance
• Monitor sales, labor, inventory, and operating costs
• Help drive sales and achieve store goals
• Create a positive, accountable, team-oriented work environment
• Lead by example and jump in wherever needed

What We’re Looking For

• Restaurant management or leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication and people-management skills
• A positive, energetic, hands-on leadership style
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organization and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to excellent customer service
• Ability to coach and motivate a diverse team
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
