Hi, I’m Luke, the operator of Jersey Mike’s Team Mirasol in Palm Beach Gardens.

What You’ll Do
Shift Leaders are responsible for running the shift and setting the standard in three core areas: cleanliness, operations, and hospitality.
Each shift is led by one Shift Leader, responsible for supervising 2-6 crew members on their shift.
