Hi, I’m Luke, the operator of Jersey Mike’s Team Mirasol in Palm Beach Gardens.

We are building a high-performance, growth-focused team, and we are hiring Shift Leaders who want more than just a job. This role is for people who want to grow quickly, earn more money, and become elite operators and leaders in a best-in-class Jersey Mike’s.

Pay & Earning Potential

Shift Leaders earn:

• $20/hr base pay
• Plus approximately $5-$7/hr in tips

Tips are not guaranteed and can vary by shift, volume, and performance.
Strong performers who execute at a high level are prioritized for hours, growth, and advancement.

What You’ll Do

Shift Leaders are responsible for running the shift and setting the standard in three core areas: cleanliness, operations, and hospitality.

Each shift is led by one Shift Leader, responsible for supervising 2-6 crew members on their shift.

You will:

• Lead either an opening, mid, or closing shift
• Execute daily cleanliness, operational, and hospitality standards
• Hold crew members accountable to doing things the right way
• Coach and support the team throughout the shift
• Ensure every guest feels welcomed, valued, and taken care of
• Lead by example and maintain control of the shift from start to finish

This is a hands-on leadership role with real responsibility.
