Position Overview:
Crew Members are the heart of our store. You’ll provide exceptional customer service, prepare fresh subs Mike’s Way, maintain a clean workspace, and contribute to a positive team environment. Teamwork, a positive attitude, and consistently delivering a great guest experience are key to success in this role.

Responsibilities:
• Greet guests with a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service
• Prepare and assemble sandwiches “Mike’s Way” (onions, lettuce, tomatoes, vinegar, oil, oregano, and salt)
• Maintain cleanliness of the store, workstations, and dining area
• Handle POS transactions accurately
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with prep work such as slicing meats, cheeses, and veggies
• Support teammates and contribute to a smooth daily operation
• Uphold Jersey Mike’s brand values, including honesty, accountability, and teamwork

Qualifications:
• No experience required—training provided
• Strong communication, customer service skills, and teamwork mentality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining positive energy
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• Flexible availability, including weekends or peak hours
