Your Role as a Manager:
As a Manager at Jersey Mike’s, you’ll be at the heart of our operation, ensuring every customer walks away with a smile and a sandwich they’ll never forget. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional customer service.

  • Overseeing all aspects of store operations, from quality control and inventory management to scheduling and training.

  • Building a fun, friendly, and productive work environment where every team member feels valued.

  • Ensuring every sub is served with a side of neighborly banter and a personal touch.

  • Managing administrative duties, including weekly and monthly reporting, ordering supplies, and maintaining a spotless store.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Restaurant Management Experience: You’ve been around the block and know what it takes to run a successful restaurant.

  • People Skills: You’re a natural leader who can motivate and guide a team, with a knack for teaching and coaching.

  • Customer Focus: You love serving customers and go above and beyond to ensure every visit is memorable.

  • Organizational Skills: You can juggle multiple tasks, keep things organized, and stay on top of everything with a smile.

  • Physical Stamina: You’re ready to roll up your sleeves and work in a fast-paced environment, able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.

  • Availability: You’re flexible and able to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

  • Must complete the ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Certification Course.

  • Competitive Pay: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, based on experience.
