We are looking for a General Manager for this location!
A General Managers responsibilities include:
- maintaining the schedule
- managing food costs
- managing labor costs
- ongoing training with staff
- growing stores sales
- developing team
- holding the Jersey Mikes standard and Operational excellence daily
Wage: $25 per hour (starting) + tips + bonuses + 401 k+ benefits
Hours: 35-40 hours per week, must be available weekends, holidays, both day and night--> flexible schedule
Training: there is a JMMIT program, will be paid for training. must complete 360 hours, and 2 evaluations by corporate before officially promoted.
