Position: Shift Leader

As a Shift Leader, you'll play a key role in running the show. You'll support the management team and inspire your crew to deliver an unforgettable Jersey Mike's experience every day!

What You'll Do:

• Lead and motivate the team to provide outstanding customer service

• Craft high-quality, delicious subs with pride

• Ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued

• Handle cash responsibly and accurately

• Follow our Learning Management System Training Program

• Mentor team members for growth and success

• Uphold company policies and procedures

• Engage in local and national marketing events

• Drive sales and grow our business

• Keep the store sparkling clean and safe

• Master all four restaurant positions

• Communicate effectively and lead with urgency

What We Expect:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (accommodations available as needed)

• Availability to work 38-40 hours per week

• Reliable transportation to and from work

• Open communication with management

• Leading by example with exceptional food quality, customer service, and a sharp, professional appearance

Key Responsibilities:

• Consistently create high-quality food

• Maintain a spotless and welcoming store

• Open/close the store as a trusted Key Holder

• Master prep work and bread baking

• Lead and manage a crew of 2-5 team members

• Proficiently operate the slicer (must be 18+)

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1 year of quick-service restaurant (QSR) experience preferred

• Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler

• Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer

• Dependable transportation
