What You’ll Do

• Greet customers and deliver an upbeat, friendly experience every time
• Take orders, handle payments, and keep lines moving efficiently
• Prepare hot and cold subs to Jersey Mike’s high standards
• Work with your team to keep the store clean, organized, and running smoothly
• Operate kitchen equipment (slicers, grills, etc.) safely and properly
• Handle customer questions and concerns with professionalism and positivity
• Bring energy, urgency, and teamwork to every shift

What We’re Looking For

• High energy and a positive attitude (non-negotiable)
• Friendly, outgoing personality who enjoys interacting with people
• Strong team player with a willingness to learn
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, accountable, and ready to work
• Someone who takes pride in their work and their team

Requirements

• Must be 18+ to operate slicer
• Food Handler / ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Reliable transportation
• Flexible availability (days, nights, weekends, and holidays)
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced setting
