We're looking for an experienced Shift Leader who has already demonstrated success leading teams and is ready to take the next step toward restaurant management. This position is designed for individuals with previous leadership experience who want to continue developing their management skills while proving they can lead a high-performing restaurant.

You'll receive hands-on coaching from our management team while taking on increasing responsibility. As you consistently demonstrate strong leadership, accountability, and operational excellence, you'll have the opportunity to advance into an Assistant Manager role.

This is more than a shift leadership position—it's the first step toward building a long-term career in restaurant management.

What You'll Do

·        Lead shifts while creating a positive, high-energy environment

·        Coach, motivate, and hold team members accountable

·        Ensure every guest receives exceptional service

·        Support opening and closing procedures

·        Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards

·        Assist with inventory, prep, and labor efficiency

·        Handle cash management and daily operational tasks

·        Help train and onboard new employees

·        Lead by example through hustle, professionalism, and integrity

·        Partner with management to improve operations and develop future team leaders

Who We're Looking For

·        Previous experience leading or supervising a team

·        Positive attitude and strong work ethic

·        Dependable, organized, and accountable

·        Strong communication skills

·        Enjoys coaching and developing others

·        Thrives in a fast-paced environment

·        Wants to build a long-term career in restaurant leadership

·        Takes ownership and solves problems

Qualifications

·        Must be at least 18 years old

·        Minimum one year of leadership or management experience in a restaurant, retail, or customer service environment preferred

·        Experience opening and closing a business is a plus

·        Food Handler Card / ServSafe Certification (or willingness to obtain)

·        Reliable transportation

·        Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
