We seek a Team Member EXCITED to Learn to be a Jersey Mike's LEADER.
Pay: $16.00 to $20.00 per Hour
THIS IS NOT A SUMMER OPPORTUNITY and MUST BE 18+
Must have...
- DAYTIME AVAILABILITY (Monday through Sunday, 7 AM to 4 PM)
- Valid License and RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
- Ability to provide GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE by CREATING great customer experiences!
- TOUGHNESS with the ability to learn from mistakes
- Drive to MOVE WITH A SENSE OF URGENCY
You will learn...
- Jersey Mike's Operations, including but not limited to:
- Teamwork and winning ways
- Leading the Opening/Closing of the Store
- Grow into Leadship and/or Management IMMEDIATELY if you choose!!
- Great customer service and conversation with customers
- Making the Best Subs on the Planet!!
Must be...
- Fast Learner with Energy
- An Outgoing Winner that is Coachable
- Able to Lead and Coach Team Members during Shift (Opening, Lunch, Close)
- Direct Team with honest conversations when needed
- Able to teach and train consistently and repeatedly
- Able to take accountability and correct issues
- Neat and Clean with well-kept Hygiene
- Motivated to Move with a FAST at all Times
