Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers with energy, friendliness, and a smile
• Prepare quality subs following Jersey Mike’s recipes and standards
• Slice meats and cheeses to order using company-approved safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including dining room and prep stations
• Restock items and assist with opening or closing duties as assigned
• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently (register, app, or online orders)
• Work as a team to ensure fast, friendly service
• Follow food safety and cleanliness guidelines at all times

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• No previous experience required – we provide training!
