Jersey Mike’s Subs has been serving A Sub Above® since 1956, starting in Point Pleasant, New Jersey. • Prepare food that meets Jersey Mike’s high quality and consistency standards

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with energy, personality, and care

• Keep the restaurant noticeably cleaner and more organized than others

• Communicate clearly with teammates and guests

• Participate in all required training and development programs

• A great attitude and willingness to learn (experience is a plus, not a requirement)

• Ability to multitask and stay focused under pressure

• Positive, outgoing personality—you enjoy talking with people

• Dependable, reliable, and able to meet scheduling commitments

• Understanding that cleaning and organization are part of every food service role

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Must be 18 years or older to operate slicer

• Food Handler / ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Reliable transportation

• $13.00–$14.00 per hour + tips
