Job Responsibilities:

General Managers take an active role in the total management of a Jersey Mike’s store / operation.

  • Weekly and Monthly Reporting

  • Ordering/Inventory
  • Personnel Administration
  • Staff Training

Job Requirements:

  • Restaurant Management Experience
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Must successfully complete the ServSafe (r) Food Protection Manager Certification Course
  • Must be able to work varying shift(s).
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time, Lift up to 40 pounds
