What You’ll Do:

• Lead, train, support a crew of 2–5 team members

• Serve customers with enthusiasm and urgency

• Bake bread, prep ingredients, open/close the store

• Set the tone for food quality, cleanliness, and customer service

You Bring:

• A great attitude and reliability

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• A passion for food and teamwork

• 1 year of quick-service restaurant leadership or relevant experience highly preferred

• Some food service experience a must

• High school diploma & reliable transportation

Experience as a Shift Lead at places like Walgreens, IKEA, Potbelly, or DoorDash is welcome—but not required. We’ll train you!
