 What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Leading the shift: Assigning roles, supporting the crew, and setting the pace

• Training and developing team members to follow processes and hit standards

• Holding others accountable with clarity and fairness—leading by example, not from the sidelines

• Problem-solving in the moment—from staffing gaps to service hiccups

• Delivering A+ customer service that’s fast, friendly, and personal

• Ensuring quality and cleanliness standards are met across all stations

• Supporting store open/close duties and food prep, including baking bread

 What We’re Looking For

• Open and consistent availability (including weekends) for about 30 hours/week

• At least 1 year of leadership experience in food service, retail, or a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and delegation skills

• Comfort giving feedback and leading a small team of 2–5

• A calm and solution-oriented mindset

• A track record of reliability and accountability

• High school diploma or GED required

• Must be 18 or older with reliable transportation
