Jersey Mike's Subs (JM Holdings, LLC)- Assistant General Manager (AGM+) 

            Location: 7925 W Layton Ave, Greenfield, WI

 Salary 50,000/year + monthly bonus = up to 56,000/year + benefits

We are seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM+) for our Greenfield store. This is not a traditional AGM role—this is an elevated leadership opportunity designed for someone ready to take the next step in their career.

As the AGM+, you’ll serve as the operational leader on-site in the absence of the GM, who spends 50–60% of their time in the field supporting enterprise-wide initiatives. You’ll supervise a team of 12–15 and will be responsible for ensuring the store achieves operational excellence, delivers a world-class customer experience, and runs seamlessly even without constant GM oversight.

 Core Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a team of 12–15 hourly team members
  • Provide consistent, hands-on leadership over a 45-hour work week (including one open, one close, one weekend day) ensuring the store operates at peak readiness
  • Manage daily store operations, including food safety, cash handling, and service standards
  • Schedule team members and assign shift leadership (MODs)
  • Conduct inventories and oversee labor alignment to plan
  • Coach and develop team members for growth and advancement
  • Drive customer loyalty, speed of service, and hospitality standards
  • Own key performance metrics including operational audits, guest satisfaction, and cost controls
  • Serve as the acting MOD when needed, ensuring smooth shift transitions and accurate reporting

 What We Offer

  • Salary of $50,000 annually
  • Monthly performance bonus potential up to $550 (after certification), bringing total potential compensation to $56,000 annually
