Shift Lead – Jersey Mike’s Subs (Full Time)

We’re searching for a motivated Shift Leader to join our Greenfield team! In this role, you'll work both opening and closing shifts to ensure consistently high standards. 

As a Jersey Mike’s Shift Lead, you’ll be hands-on in every aspect:

• Supervising and coaching team members during your shifts
• Maintaining our “Raving Fans” level customer service standards
• Ensuring top-quality food safety, store cleanliness, and smooth operations at every location
• Handling cash, creating a positive atmosphere, and jumping into any role when needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in quick-service or fast-casual restaurants. Stable work history a must.  
• Comfortable delegating tasks and holding the team accountable to standard operating procedures
• Experience with inventory, accurate cash handling, and food safety protocols
• Skilled at facilitating smooth shift handoffs
• Excellent communication skills and an outgoing, customer-focused personality
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and shift gears with changing priorities
• Must be committed to becoming fully certified as a Shift Lead learning how to open and close the store.  

What We Offer:

• $17-21.25/hour
• 37–40 hours per week
• Consistent, full-time hours with opportunities to work across different stores
• Opening and closing shifts a must including weekends.  Becoming certified requires learning how to open and close the store.
