What You’ll Be Doing
As a Crew Member, you’ll be an essential part of our guest experience, supporting a variety of in-store operations:
Preparing fresh, high-quality ingredients and hand-crafted subs
Providing excellent customer service with energy and enthusiasm
Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
Participating in restaurant clean-up and shift closing procedures
Working as part of a high-performing team during peak and weekend hours
We’re Looking For:
Adults 18+ (required by WI state law to operate commercial slicers)
Open availability preferred, with primary shifts focused on mid-day, closing, and weekends
Individuals with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliable transportation
Fast learners who communicate well, follow direction, and thrive in a team-based setting
Previous foodservice or QSR experience is a bonus, but not required — we’ll train the right person!
Whether you’ve worked at Culver’s, McDonald’s, Tropical Smoothie, Cousins, or another restaurant, or are just starting out, we’ll give you the tools to succeed.
