As a Crew Member, you’ll be an essential part of our guest experience, supporting a variety of in-store operations:

• Preparing fresh, high-quality ingredients and hand-crafted subs

• Providing excellent customer service with energy and enthusiasm

• Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards

• Participating in restaurant clean-up and shift closing procedures

• Working as part of a high-performing team during peak and weekend hours

• Adults 18+ (required by WI state law to operate commercial slicers)

• Open availability preferred, with primary shifts focused on mid-day, closing, and weekends

• Individuals with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliable transportation

• Fast learners who communicate well, follow direction, and thrive in a team-based setting

• Previous foodservice or QSR experience is a bonus, but not required — we’ll train the right person!
